Yokomo BD9 Big Bore Short Shock Piston (4) (6 Hole - 1.1mm)

Optional Yokomo shock pistons for the BD9 High Big Bore Short Shock on the 1/10 scale touring car platform. This set includes four pistons, each with six 1.1mm holes.

The six-hole design helps absorb small vibrations and increase traction. The larger outer diameter increases pressure on the oil during cornering, helping prevent the rear of the car from losing grip in high-speed turns. The hole diameter remains the same as the standard four-hole piston, so different hardness shock oils can be tested when changing pistons. A recommended starting point is shock oil 5-10 cst harder than used with the standard pistons.
