Team Associated Factory Team 12mm V2 2mm Shock Pistons provide a tuning option for 12mm off-road shocks. This set includes four 2mm-thick pistons with 2x1.6mm two-hole valving.

Compared with the standard 2.5mm kit pistons, the shorter 2mm design allows faster fluid flow with less pack. This can help provide better bump handling, increased traction on low-traction dirt tracks, or a more forgiving feel on high-traction tracks with bumps.

Compatibility

For tuning comparison, current Team Associated kits use 2.5mm-thick two-hole pistons as a baseline. Team Associated shock oil can be increased by +2.5wt to +5wt when using the 2mm pistons.
