SSD RC Wraith "High Ratio" Transmission Conversion Kit

The SSD RC Wraith "High Ratio" Transmission Conversion Kit is a direct-fit option for the Axial Wraith. It features a CNC machined aluminum transmission case and motor mount, hardened steel gears and output shaft, and an internal gear ratio of 1.8:1 for higher speed potential.

Required to Complete

This is a conversion kit, not a complete transmission. Assembly requires the following stock Axial components:

• Transmission input shaft (AXI30198 or AXI31149)
• 20T drive gear (AXI30394, AXI30162)
• Slipper clutch assembly and spur gear
• Transmission idler shaft (AXI31090)
• Transmission gear cover (AXI80078)
• Transmission bearings: (4) 5 x 10 x 4mm, (1) 5 x 11 x 4mm, (1) 8 x 16 x 5mm, and (1) 15 x 21 x 4mm

To reduce torque twist while keeping the speed increase to a minimum, SSD recommends using Axial "underdrive" 43T/13T bevel gears (AXI30402) in the front and rear axles.
