RPM Body Skid Rails

RPM Body Skid Rails provide body protection for popular vehicles from 1/5 to 1/12 scale and more. Their segmented design bends around flat or curved body surfaces, helping preserve the body’s contours after installation.

These symmetrical, reversible rails use 1/4” (6.35mm) bosses to position the screws below the body surface, so no screws protrude externally. When one side wears, the rails can be flipped for double the wear capability. They are molded from RPM’s tough, durable engineering grade nylons.

Installation Requirements

• Mounting surface must be featureless, flat or curved.
• Requires a minimum of 3” (76.2mm) of open area.
• Requires at least 1/2” (12.7mm) of clearance under the body where the rails mount.
