The REDS 0.1mm Head Shim (4) includes four replacement head shims for REDS R5, R5C, R5T and R5TE engines. Installed between the head button and the top of the cylinder sleeve, the shim can be used to adjust and fine-tune engine compression, also known as deck height.
Refer to the instructions supplied with your engine for guidance on the required shim configuration.
