ProTek RC HV LiPo Hump/Short Receiver Battery Pack (Kyosho/Tekno) (7.6V/2600mAh)

The ProTek RC HV LiPo Hump/Short Receiver Battery Pack delivers 7.6V and 2600mAh capacity for Kyosho and Tekno vehicles. Its Lexan shell is covered with blue heat shrink to help protect the battery cells, with a small air gap that may make the pack feel soft on the outside.

Recommended Applications

Direct fit in Kyosho and Tekno 1/8 scale battery boxes. Also recommended for 1/10th and 1/8th scale nitro models, helicopters and airplanes.

Charging and Safety

• Always balance charge the battery using a Li-Poly specific charger. NiMH or NiCD-only chargers will not work.
• Do not leave the battery in your model or leave it unattended while charging.
• Always use a LiPo charging bag.
• Do not over-discharge or over-charge the battery. Discharging capacity cannot exceed 80% of the pack's maximum capacity after full charging.
• Fully charge a new battery before use and discharge it only 50% for the first 5 cycles.
• Monitor race time or set a low-voltage warning on the ESC. End voltage cannot be lower than 3.2v per cell.
• Do not expose the battery to sunshine or store or charge it above 35°C or in a closed car.
• If the battery becomes hot during charging, discharging or racing, allow it to cool completely before inspection and recharging. Wait about 20 mins before inspecting.
