Racer Tips

• Wash hands before assembling and gluing.
• Clean the tire bead area with all-purpose cleaner and avoid touching it for the best bond strength.
• Slide the glue tip applicator partially onto the bottle and cut the tube to the desired length.
• Pull back the tire bead and apply glue to the mating surfaces.
• Wipe away excess glue and allow it to dry in a warm, ventilated area.
• Use JConcepts tire mounting rubber bands, including JCO2005 or JCO2212, to assist with positioning.
• Check the finished bond and perform any necessary touch-up.
