Crazy Crawler LaserFoam "FT Pro HD20" 1.9" Foam Crawler Tire Insert (20mm) (4)

Build a modular insert setup for 1.9” crawler tires measuring approximately 4.75” with the Crazy Crawler LaserFoam “FT Pro HD20” Heavy Duty foam inserts. The package includes four 20mm inserts for configuring the FT Pro system.

FT Pro Insert System

The red “Spur Master” ring provides lateral stability, while Heavy Duty or Basic support rings can be selected to adjust the insert setup for tire compound, vehicle weight and desired traction. The insert should ideally be slightly narrower than the tire width.

• Use Basic support rings for harder compound tires, lighter trucks under 7 pounds, or maximum traction.
• Use Heavy Duty support rings for softer compound tires or heavier rigs needing more support.
• Support rings are available in 15mm and 20mm widths for different tire widths.
• 42mm wide tire: Use one 30mm support ring with one Spur Master to create a 40mm wide insert.
• 42-45mm wide tire: Use two 15mm support rings with one Spur Master to create a 40mm wide insert.
• 47-50mm wide tire: Use one 15mm and one 20mm support ring with one Spur Master to create a 45mm wide insert.
• 52mm + wide tire: Use two 20mm support rings with one Spur Master to create a 50mm wide insert.
