The Castle Creations "Slate" 1406 Sensored 4-Pole Brushless Crawler Motor delivers smooth startup and low-RPM control for 1:10 scale rock crawlers, trail rigs, touring cars, stadium trucks and buggies. It supports 2S-4S LiPo operation and includes a 210mm sensored wire.

Operating Features

• Running modes include SMARTSENSE™, Sensored and Sensorless with Castle sensored capable ESCs.
• Recommended ESCs include Mamba Max Pro, Mamba X and Mamba Micro X Max.
• A compatible electronic speed control (ESC) is required for operation.
• The sensor board uses silicone conformal coating for moisture protection. Sensor connections are not water resistant; water can cause signal loss and loss of sensored capabilities.
• Castle recommends applying dielectric grease to the outside of the sensor wire connections after installation and performing routine maintenance after running in wet conditions.
