Castle Creations Sidewinder SV3 Waterproof 1/10 ESC/Motor Combo (7700kV)

The Castle Creations Sidewinder SV3 Waterproof 1/10 ESC/Motor Combo pairs a Sidewinder 3 waterproof ESC with a 1406 7700kV brushless and sensored motor. The system is designed for 1/10 on-road, off-road, and rock crawler applications running up to 3S LiPo.

The ESC includes updated circuitry for faster response time, improved reliability, proportional braking, reversible operation with lockout, and USB programming capability through a Castle Link USB adapter, sold separately. The motor’s sensored capabilities cannot be utilized with the Sidewinder 3; sensored operation requires a sensored ESC such as the Castle Creations Mamba X (CSE010-0155-00).

The waterproof design is intended for use in nearly any environment, but not for operation while submerged in liquid. After operation in wet conditions, rinse the unit with fresh water to remove dirt or corrosives, then fully dry it.
