The Castle Creations Mamba X Waterproof Sensored Brushless Combo pairs a Mamba X ESC with a Castle “Slate” 1406 Sensored 4-Pole Brushless Crawler Motor rated at 2280kV. It is suited to 1:10 scale rock crawlers, trail rigs, touring cars, stadium trucks and buggies using 2S-4S with appropriate gearing.

Use and Care Notes

• The Mamba X waterproof design is intended for use in nearly any environment, but it is not intended for operation while completely submerged in liquid.
• Remove the cooling fan before driving in wet conditions; the fan is not waterproof.
• Rinse the ESC and motor with clean water after exposure to corrosives or dirt.
• Confirm that the rest of the vehicle, including the batteries, servos, radio and chassis, is waterproof before exposure to liquids.
• Applying voltages higher than 25.2V will cause irreparable damage to the ESC.
• A battery connector is needed for operation.
