Castle Creations Mamba X Waterproof 1/10 Scale Brushless ESC

The Castle Creations Mamba X Waterproof 1/10 Scale Brushless ESC is built for a wide range of 1/10 scale vehicles, including buggies, monster trucks and crawlers. Its rugged CNC-machined aluminum case is potted in waterproof epoxy to protect the electronics while helping dissipate heat.

Use Notes

The Mamba X is designed for waterproof operation but is not intended to be completely submerged. The cooling fan must be removed before driving in wet conditions because it is not waterproof. Rinse the ESC and motor with clean water after exposure to corrosives or dirt, and confirm that the vehicle's batteries, servos, radio and chassis are also waterproof before exposing them to liquids.

For 1/8 scale setups, the Mamba X is intended for off-road racing buggies weighing up to 9 lbs, including batteries and ready-to-run. These setups should use 4S LiPo (16.8V) maximum and appropriate gearing.
