Application Notes

The 1717-1650Kv is intended for 1/6th scale models weighing up to 20 lbs and running up to 8S LiPo. It can also be used as a high-torque 8S motor upgrade for 1/8th scale models. Monitor motor temperatures closely and never exceed 180° F on the motor or ESC. The sensor connections are not water resistant; apply dielectric grease to the outside of the sensor wire connections after installation and perform routine maintenance after running in wet conditions.
