BowHouse RC SMT10/Wraith/Yeti GCM-BowHouse Differential Cup

The BowHouse RC GCM-BowHouse Differential Cup is a billet machined differential cup for the Axial SMT10, Wraith, Yeti, Exo Terra, and other applications using AR60 style internals. It includes polished stainless steel shims to isolate metal-on-metal friction between the output gears and output bearing area, plus a side fill port for adding differential oil without removing the cup.

Installation Notes

• Do not use the inside O-ring on the differential cup side. Use only the outside O-ring.
• Do not overtighten the four screws attaching the differential cup to the ring gear, or spur for a center differential.
• Axial uses a compression paper gasket to seal the differential to the ring gear. If reusing a gasket, check that it has not been crushed. A replacement gasket is available as AXI30385, or the internal differential shims can be removed.
• Once assembled, the differential should spin freely without oil and provide very little resistance inside the cup.
• If a planetary gear shaft does not easily slide into the slot, grind or file the shaft edges so the end is round rather than having sharp square corners.
