Manufactured using a pultrusion process, the propeller uses a 60% fiber-to-resin density for increased strength and stiffness compared with glass-filled nylon. Its stiffness also helps with vibration resonance response, while the higher strength supports thinner cross-sections for weight and aerodynamic efficiency.
